Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1/4 lb. butter, melted
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, muffin mix, sour cream, melted butter, whole kernel corn, and creamed corn in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ungreased casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 60 to 65 minutes until golden and set.
