Ingredients

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Flatten the chicken breasts and place 1 to 2 tablespoons of stuffing in the center of each piece.
  2. Close the chicken breasts with 1 or 2 toothpicks to secure the stuffing inside.
  3. Spread the remaining stuffing around the sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and top with frozen broccoli.
  5. Pour mushroom soup over the broccoli and chicken, then sprinkle with cheese if desired.
  6. Cover the dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until cooked through and bubbly.
