Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup quinoa flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Celsius
  2. Mix oil and sugar by hand in a large bowl
  3. Add eggs and vanilla to oil/sugar mixture and stir
  4. Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl
  5. Stir dry ingredients into oil/sugar mixture
  6. Pour into greased and parchment paper lined 9"x9" pan
  7. Bake 18 minutes ( or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean)
