Ingredients

  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 16 oz. Velveeta cheese loaf
  • 16 oz. spaghetti
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 3/4 onion, chopped
  • 1 can water
  • 6 to 8 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 can chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken until done; remove chicken and debone.
  2. Cook spaghetti noodles in the same water used for boiling chicken.
  3. Sauté chopped onions in butter until translucent.
  4. Mix cooked spaghetti, deboned chicken, sautéed onions, Ro-Tel tomatoes, mushroom soup, chicken soup, Velveeta cheese, and water.
  5. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
