Ingredients

  • 1 lb cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 3 or 4 jalapeno peppers, diced tiny
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and grease an 8 x 8-inch pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the finely grated cheddar cheese, diced jalapeno peppers, and eggs.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until set and golden around the edges.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Slice into small blocks for finger food and serve.
