- Grease the bottoms of 15 muffin cups or line them.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread mix, wheat germ, shredded Cheddar, orange juice, milk, and egg.
- Stir by hand 60 strokes.
- Divide the batter among the 15 muffin cups.
- Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the pan.
