Cheddar Cheese Bread Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 120 grams cheddar cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a muffin pan with liners.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cheese and mix until they are covered in the flour mixture.
  5. In another bowl, mix milk, sour cream, butter, and egg. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
  6. Pour the batter into the muffin pan. Bake the muffins for 25 to 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
