Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
  • 4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 oz. monterey jack cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and milk together.
  2. Add green chilies and mix well. Add grated Swiss and cheddar cheeses.
  3. Pour into an 8x9-inch square pyrex dish.
  4. Sprinkle monterey jack cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly and brown on top.
  6. Serve with crackers.
