Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 5 or 6 large stuffed green olives
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 12 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 4 thin slices cold boiled ham

Instructions

  1. Put the cream cheese, green olives, mayonnaise, and prepared mustard in a blender container; cover and blend on speed 5 until smooth.
  2. If necessary, stop the blender and push ingredients toward the blades with a rubber spatula.
  3. Spread the mixture 1/8 inch thick on a surface and roll each slice as for a jelly roll.
  4. Wrap each rolled slice in waxed paper slices.
  5. Place the slices on small crackers to serve.
