Cream cheese and Parmesan form a rich, tangy filling combined with green olives and dried beef for a savory appetizer perfect for gatherings and cheese lovers.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/3 cup stuffed green olives, chopped fine
  • 2 oz. dried beef, finely snipped

Instructions

  1. Blend together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and horseradish. Stir in chopped green olives.
  2. On wax paper, shape the mixture into two 6 x 1 1/2-inch rolls.
  3. Chill the rolls for several hours or overnight.
  4. Roll each log in snipped dried beef to coat.
  5. Slice and serve with crackers.
