Ingredients

  • 3 (10 oz.) packages frozen spinach
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook frozen spinach as directed; drain well.
  2. Combine onion soup mix and sour cream in a bowl.
  3. Add cooked spinach to the sour cream mixture and mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
