Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c. margarine
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Soften the margarine and mix it with the grated sharp Cheddar cheese.
  2. Add the all-purpose flour and mix well.
  3. Stir in salt and sugar.
  4. Add Rice Krispies and mix thoroughly.
  5. Roll the mixture into small balls the size of marbles.
  6. Place the balls on an ungreased baking sheet and flatten each with a fork.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
