Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime gelatin
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 3/4 cup grated cucumber
  • 1 carton cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lime gelatin in hot water.
  2. Add grated cucumber, cottage cheese, and mayonnaise to the dissolved gelatin.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold.
  5. Chill until the gelatin is firm before serving.
