- Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Add the cream cheese, condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, and sugar to the eggs and mix until smooth.
- In a solid cake pan, melt 4 to 5 tablespoons of sugar over medium heat until caramel forms.
- Tilt the pan to spread the caramel to cover the sides evenly.
- Pour the custard mixture into the caramel-coated pan.
- Place the cake pan into another pan containing 1/2 inch of water to create a water bath (bain-marie).
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool. Separate the edges from the pan and refrigerate overnight.
- Invert the custard onto a serving platter so the caramel is on top and serve.
