Ingredients

  • 8 oz. grated white Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine the grated white Cheddar cheese, chopped pimento, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice using an electric mixer.
  2. Mix well until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Blend in the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Serve chilled as a dip with fresh vegetables.
