Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups biscuit mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine biscuit mix, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, and egg in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Drop large spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
  3. Melt butter in a small saucepan, then add garlic powder and chopped parsley.
  4. Brush the butter mixture onto the rolls.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
