Instructions
- Cream the butter or margarine in a mixing bowl.
- Mix in one package of cream cheese at a time until well combined.
- Add the flour gradually and mix until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
- Cover the dough with waxed paper and refrigerate overnight.
- Roll small portions of dough in a cool place on powdered sugar until about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into squares or rounds.
- Fill each with your preferred filling, such as canned Solo fillings.
- Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly golden.
