Creamy cheese lasagna with rich ricotta and cottage cheese layers, melted mozzarella, and fresh parsley, perfect for comforting family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 2 large containers small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 containers (approximately 16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • parsley flakes or chopped parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Layer cooked lasagna noodles in a baking dish.
  3. Spread a portion of the cheese mixture over the noodles.
  4. Repeat layering with noodles and cheese mixture.
  5. Drizzle melted butter on top and sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil during the last 15 minutes of baking.
