Ingredients

  • 8 oz. creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/3 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix the creamed cottage cheese, egg, salt and pepper, sugar, baking powder, flour, and cinnamon in the order given.
  2. Heat a skillet and fry the batter on both sides until golden brown.
  3. Serve hot with syrup.
