Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes

  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded American cheese

Instructions

  2. Drizzle the potato slices with 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine.
  3. Sprinkle with a dash of salt and evenly distribute the shredded American cheese over the potatoes.
