Ingredients

  • 12 medium potatoes
  • 2 1/4 cups Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook potatoes until tender; drain and mash potatoes.
  3. Add butter, cheddar cheese, and milk; mix well.
  4. Heat over low heat until butter and cheese melt.
  5. Fold in beaten eggs.
  6. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden and heated through.
