Ingredients

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 loaf thin slice French bread

Instructions

  1. Mix Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise; spread approximately 1/2 teaspoon on each slice of bread.
  2. Place the prepared bread slices in one layer on a broiler pan.
  3. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes until the topping bubbles and the edges are toasted.
