Cheeseburger Cassarole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can drained diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 cup uncooked macaroni
  • 2 cup grated chedder cheese
  • 4 pickles chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet fully cook ground beef and onions.
  2. Add Italian seasoning.
  3. In a separate pot boil water and cook macaroni for 7 minutes drain and set aside for later.
  4. Add diced tomatoes to ground beef and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Salt to taste.
  6. Mix ground beef, onions, diced tomatoes and macaroni together, mix in ketchup, then transfer to a casserole dish.
  7. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
  8. Take foil off and cover with grated cheese set over to broil and broil until melted and slightly brown.
  9. Serve with chopped pickles on top and enjoy!
