Cheeseburger Upside Down Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 8 oz. can tomato soup
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 can biscuits
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil
  • 1/4 cup catsup

Instructions

  1. Brown beef and onion in oil in skillet.
  2. Add flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in catsup and tomato sauce.
  4. Cook a little longer, Stirring until thickened.
  5. Pour into a 8 X 8 X 2 inch pan.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Shape each biscuit into a 4 inch stick.
  8. Arrange over cheese.
  9. Bake in hot oven at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
