Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg with a mixer until smooth.
  2. Place one vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cupcake paper.
  3. Pour the cheesecake mixture over each wafer.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes until set.
  5. Cool and optionally top with a cherry, blueberry, or strawberry.
