- Put water, butter, and salt in a frypan and heat until the butter is melted.
- Add flour to the melted butter mixture and cook until it forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a dish to cool slightly.
- Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition, until all four eggs are incorporated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake in a hot oven at 425°F for 20 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool before serving.
