Instructions

  1. Combine hot seasoned mashed potatoes or prepared instant mashed potatoes, sour cream, chopped green onions, and cubed sharp Cheddar cheese.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Turn the mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
