Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, coarsely grated
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 small jar pimento strips

Instructions

  1. Microwave the broccoli in open packages on paper towels on High for 10 minutes; drain well.
  2. Combine the cooked broccoli with Velveeta cheese, cream of mushroom soup, pepper, red pepper, and garlic salt in a 3-quart glass bowl.
  3. Microwave covered on Medium-high until the mixture is creamy, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the pimento strips.
