Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 16 oz. can Progresso White Cheddar Potato Soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. pasteurized process cheese spread with bacon (5 oz.)
  • 1/4 c. shredded cheese of your choice

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a Dutch oven or large saucepan over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked.
  2. Drain the cooked ground beef.
  3. In the same pan, add the Progresso White Cheddar Potato Soup, milk, and pasteurized process cheese spread with bacon.
  4. Heat and stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is heated through.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese of your choice on top before serving.
