Stroganoff Loaf

- Combine beaten egg, quick cooking rolled oats, milk, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and ground beef; mix well.
- Place half of the mixture in a loaf shape in a shallow baking pan.
- Make a well in the center of the loaf.
- Brown chopped mushrooms and chopped onion in butter or margarine.
- Stir in dairy sour cream and remaining salt.
- Spoon the mushroom and sour cream mixture into the well in the loaf.
- Top with the remaining meat mixture and seal.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
