Ingredients

  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. can chili
  • 4 to 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread softened cream cheese evenly on the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. Spread the chili over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses on top of the chili.
  5. Bake until the cheese melts and is bubbly, about 20 minutes.
