Ingredients

  • 2 c. fresh corn kernels
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 2 c. milk or half and half
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Place the casserole in a pan of hot water.
  3. Bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes or until the custard is set.
