Ingredients

  • 10 oz. plain salted tortilla chips
  • 11 oz. condensed nacho flavored cheese soup
  • 3/4 cup hot, thick, chunky salsa
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. Spread tortilla chips over a large platter.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the condensed nacho flavored cheese soup, salsa, and 3 tablespoons of water.
  3. Heat over low heat to simmering, stirring occasionally.
  4. Allow to simmer for 1 minute.
  5. Pour the cheese mixture over the chips.
  6. Sprinkle with sliced scallions and black olives.
