Hot Tortilla Casserole

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch dish with cooking spray (Pam).
- Crunch tortilla chips and cover the bottom of the dish with a layer of chips.
- Open the cans of tamales and save some of their juice.
- Lay tamales in the dish over the chips.
- Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the tamales and add Texas Pete hot sauce to taste.
- In a separate bowl, mix chili and refried beans with one bottle of Tennessee Sunshine.
- Add the juice from the tamales to the chili mixture and stir well.
- Spread the chili mixture over the tamales in the dish.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil or a lid.
- Add another layer of crushed tortilla chips over the chili mixture.
- Spread the remaining shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
- Pour the last bottle of Tennessee Sunshine over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbling around the sides.
