Ingredients

  • 4 (1 inch thick) pork chops
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle pork chops lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Place in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  3. Top each chop with an onion slice.
  4. Spread each onion slice with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 325°F for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
