Ingredients

  • 4 lb. hamburger
  • 2 blocks tofu, drained (1 1/2 lb.)
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 to 5 slices bread crumbs
  • 1 grated carrot
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into individual patties.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties until they are browned on both sides.
