Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 2 medium garlic cloves
  • 1 jar Prego Extra Chunky mushroom and green pepper spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz corkscrew pasta
  • 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil.
  2. Add sliced zucchini and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp.
  3. Stir in the Prego Extra Chunky mushroom and green pepper spaghetti sauce and cook for a few minutes to heat through.
  4. Add the cooked and drained corkscrew pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese over the pasta.
  6. Cook until the cheeses are melted and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
