Ingredients

  • 1 large head lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 cup julienne strips cooked ham
  • 1 cup julienne strips cooked chicken
  • 1 cup julienne strips Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, celery, and green pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing and toss well to coat the vegetables.
  3. Arrange cooked ham, cooked chicken, and shredded Cheddar cheese on top of the salad.
