Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a baking pan with non-stick spray or lightly grease it.
- Combine all ingredients except strawberries, cherries, and garnishing sugar in a blender.
- Blend at high speed for 1 minute until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Scatter the thawed, drained cherries and strawberries evenly over the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until the clafouti is puffed and golden around the edges.
