Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (6 oz.) package black cherry flavored gelatin
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 cups pitted Bing cherries
  • 1/3 cup slivered blanched almonds

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over gelatin in a large bowl, stirring until dissolved.
  2. Add yogurt and blend until smooth.
  3. Add cherries and almonds, then mix gently.
  4. Chill until the mixture is firm and set.
