Ingredients

  • 1 lb. whole dates
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 3/4 lb. candied cherries
  • 2 slices candied pineapple
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Add sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Add fruits and pecans.
  3. Grease and flour stemmed pan.
  4. Add mixture and bake at 300° for 2 hours or until done.
