Ingredients

  • cherry pie filling
  • 21 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix (dry)
  • 1/2 or 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 sticks melted oleo

Instructions

  1. Put a layer of cherry pie filling in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Add the drained crushed pineapple on top of the cherry filling.
  3. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pineapple layer.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the cake mix.
  5. Pour melted oleo evenly over the top.
  6. Bake approximately 1 hour at 300°F (150°C).
