Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pitted dark sweet cherries, drained
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries in syrup, thawed and drained

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Gradually stir in the reserved liquids from the cherries and raspberries.
  3. Cook over medium-high heat until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
  4. Cool slightly; then stir in the drained cherries and raspberries.
  5. Serve over ice cream, pudding, or pound cake. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
