Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 box confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry cake mix, softened margarine, and 1 egg to form the crust mixture.
  2. Spread the crust mixture evenly into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  3. Set aside the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and 2 eggs until well combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 45 minutes until set and golden.
  7. Allow to cool, then cut into squares and serve.
