Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups instant Cream of Wheat
  • 6 eggs
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bring milk and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Add instant Cream of Wheat to the milk and sugar mixture and stir until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Slowly add the well-beaten eggs and beat while adding.
  6. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
