Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 16 oz powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix the yellow cake mix, 1 egg, and butter until it resembles dough.
  2. Press the dough into a 13 x 9-inch rectangle pan, creating higher sides.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, 2 eggs, and all but 1/4 cup of powdered sugar.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the center of the pressed dough.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 55 to 60 minutes.
  6. After baking, sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of powdered sugar on top.
