Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Measure lemon juice or vinegar, water, salt, sugar, and Tabasco into a saucepan.
  2. Heat the mixture to boiling.
  3. Keep the sauce hot for basting chicken.
