Ingredients

  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 7 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken
  • 6 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Add chicken broth, basil, oregano, garlic, and chicken to the crockpot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 3-5 hours.
  2. When the cooking is almost done, mix cornstarch and water in a container with a lid; shake vigorously.
  3. Stir the cornstarch mixture into the crockpot broth to thicken.
