- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, parsley flakes, crushed croutons, curry powder, mayonnaise, and chopped onion.
- Separate the crescent dough into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal.
- Press or roll each rectangle to form a 10 x 5-inch rectangle.
- Spread one-quarter of the chicken mixture on each rectangle within 1/2 inch of the edges.
- Starting at the long side, roll up each rectangle; pinch seams to seal.
- Cut each roll into 3 equal pieces.
- Dip each piece in melted butter, then coat with crushed croutons.
- Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
