Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups chicken, finely chopped and cooked
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 1 cup herb croutons, finely crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, parsley flakes, crushed croutons, curry powder, mayonnaise, and chopped onion.
  3. Separate the crescent dough into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal.
  4. Press or roll each rectangle to form a 10 x 5-inch rectangle.
  5. Spread one-quarter of the chicken mixture on each rectangle within 1/2 inch of the edges.
  6. Starting at the long side, roll up each rectangle; pinch seams to seal.
  7. Cut each roll into 3 equal pieces.
  8. Dip each piece in melted butter, then coat with crushed croutons.
  9. Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
