Ingredients

  • 1 loaf white bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of the bread and cut it into cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and cooked diced chicken.
  3. Fold in the buttered bread cubes into the egg and soup mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a flat baking pan, cover with foil, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes to brown the top.
